# User Administration

Here's where you can add **users** and assign their **roles**:

## About roles

There are **four role types**:

**- twc-store-user**: all options except Shopify configuration and user administration

**- twc-pos-user**: for retailers with the instore module. Create a login and there's a list of stores for you to connect the login to. This is so that emails to customers and reporting can be attributed correctly. When a store user logs into the app, the staff member picks their name from the staff list.

**- twc-reports-user**: Can view dashboards and reports

**- twc-store-owner**: Full access to all features

## How to manage users

Users you add will appear under **User accounts**. Click a user to edit, and click the **Items dropdown** to view 10, 15, 20, or all:
